calder eagle touched plate

offered for sale is this uncommon william calder 8 3/8" single reed plate probably sold for domestic use.  most calder marked plates/dishes bear his small name touchmark and are as parts of church communion sets.  this plate bears his 'eagle' touchmark and is of a softer pewter than his church pewter.  calder made pewter in providence, rhode island from 1817 to 1856.  the plate is in good original condition.
