bush export quart mug

offered for sale is this well designed straight 6 1/4" tall mug of quart capacity.  it bears the name touch of robert bush II to the inside bottom.  this style was popular in colonial america and was copied by such makers as samuel hamlin, the danforths, and the boardman families of pewterers.  the mug was made circa 1800 and is in very good condition.
